1. Service Type
This is a digital reservation service.
2. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- If the service is not delivered
- If there is a system error
- If a duplicate payment is charged
4. User Error
Refunds are not issued for issues caused by incorrect information.
5. Chargebacks
The Company reserves all legal rights against unjustified chargebacks made after the service has been delivered.
