Terms, Conditions & User Agreement

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement is established electronically between the iReturnTicket platform (“Company”) and the user who uses the Site and purchases the service (“User”).

Anyone using the Site and purchasing the service is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

2. Nature of the Service (CRITICAL)

In this context:

• The product purchased is not an airline ticket
• Reservations are non-ticketed
• Reservations are temporary
• They may be cancelled automatically after a certain period

The User explicitly acknowledges and accepts this.

3. Source of the Service

Reservations are generated using data obtained through third-party global distribution systems (GDS) and contracted service providers.

4. Intended Use & Responsibility

The User:

• Is fully responsible for how the service is used
• Acknowledges that there is no guarantee the service will be accepted by official authorities
• Declares that all information they provide is accurate

The Company is not responsible for outcomes that may arise from use of the service.

5. No Visa or Entry Guarantee

iReturnTicket does not guarantee:

• That a visa will be granted
• That entry to a country will be permitted
• That the reservation will be accepted

All decisions rest entirely with the relevant official authorities.

6. Reservation Validity

• Reservations are generally valid for 1–48 hours
• They may be cancelled automatically after the validity period
• The Company is not responsible for expired reservations

7. Service Delivery

• The service is digital
• Delivered as a PDF
• Typically delivered within a few minutes
• Delays may occur due to technical issues

8. Information Accuracy

The User is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

9. Modifications & Revisions

Modifications after purchase are not guaranteed. If approved, they may be subject to additional fees.

10. Pricing

The invoiced service is: “flight reservation creation service”.

Prices may change without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Visa refusal
• Refusal of entry to a country
• Airline policies
• Denied boarding
• Expired reservations

The service is provided “as is”.

12. Right to Refuse Service

The Company may refuse service in the following cases:

• Suspicious transactions
• Incorrect information
• Misuse

13. Governing Jurisdiction

The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

14. Updates

The Company reserves the right to update this agreement.
