This is a digital reservation service.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• The document was not delivered within 60 minutes and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• A verified technical failure on our side prevented document generation
• A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error

4. User Error

Refunds are not issued for issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Chargebacks

The Company reserves all legal rights against unjustified chargebacks made after the service has been delivered.
