1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the terms of the digital service the User purchases electronically.
2. Service Description
Important
The service offered is the creation of a flight reservation document (PNR). This service is not an airline ticket.
3. Nature of the Service
- It is a digital service
- It is performed instantly
- There is no physical product
4. Delivery
- Delivered via email
- Average delivery time: a few minutes
5. Right to Cancel
Important
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. This right does not apply to digital services that are fully performed immediately after purchase where you have given express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.
By placing your order and accepting this agreement, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, once the reservation document has been delivered, the statutory right to cancel no longer applies.
6. Pricing
The service fee is indicated at the time of order.
7. User Obligations
The User:
- Acknowledges that the service is a reservation
- Understands that it is not a ticket
- Accepts responsibility
