Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement is established electronically between iReturnTicket Ltd ("Company") and the user who accesses the platform and purchases the service ("User").

By using the platform and purchasing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Important

iReturnTicket does not sell airline tickets.

The service consists of generating temporary flight reservation documents. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product you purchase is not an airline ticket
  • The service is the generation of a digital reservation document
  • Reservations are non-ticketed — no actual airline ticket is issued
  • Reservations are temporary and automatically released after the validity period

3. Source of the Service

Reservations are generated through a licensed travel agency's reservation infrastructure. iReturnTicket operates as a digital document service platform — not as a travel agency or ticket issuer.

4. Digital Service Classification

iReturnTicket operates as a digital document generation service. The service consists of software-based reservation document generation, electronic delivery via email, with no physical goods and no airline ticketing activity. The service is classified as a digital service, not a travel agency service, under applicable regulations.

5. Intended Use & Responsibility

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the reservation document
  • There is no guarantee that the document will be accepted by any official authority
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

iReturnTicket is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of its service.

6. No Visa or Entry Guarantee

iReturnTicket does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Entry into any country
  • Acceptance of the reservation document by any authority

All decisions rest solely with the relevant airlines, consulates, and immigration authorities.

7. Reservation Validity

  • Reservations are generally valid for 1 to 48 hours depending on the airline
  • Reservations are automatically released by the airline system after the validity period
  • The Company is not responsible for expired reservations

8. Service Delivery

  • The service is fully digital and delivered via email
  • Delivery is typically within minutes; delays may occur due to technical or operational reasons beyond our control

9. Information Accuracy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including passenger names, routes, and dates
  • The Company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the User

10. Modifications

  • Modification requests after purchase are not guaranteed
  • If approved, modifications may be subject to additional fees

11. Payment

  • Payments are processed through certified, encrypted payment systems
  • The invoiced service is: 'Digital reservation document generation service'
  • Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at checkout is the confirmed price for that transaction

12. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of the service, all sales are final once the document has been delivered.

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

  • The document was not delivered within 60 minutes and support was unable to resolve the issue
  • A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error
  • A verified technical failure on our side prevented document generation

13. Chargebacks

In the event of an unjustified chargeback after the service has been successfully delivered, the Company reserves all legal rights to dispute and recover the payment, including providing evidence of delivery to the relevant payment processor.

14. Limitation of Liability

iReturnTicket is not liable for:

  • Visa denial
  • Refusal of entry into any country
  • Denial of boarding
  • Airline policies and decisions
  • Consequences of expired reservations

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

15. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of:

  • Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions
  • Misuse of the service contrary to its intended purpose
  • Orders containing false or misleading information

16. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Updates

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on the platform. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
