Flight Reservation for a Greece Visa

Greek consulates apply the Schengen Visa Code, which asks for proof of a reservation of return or onward travel — not a paid ticket — as part of the document package.

The reservation should show entry into and exit from the Schengen Area on dates that match your stated stay, accommodation and travel insurance.

A verifiable reservation with a real PNR can be checked on the airline's system by the consular officer and is released automatically afterwards — so you avoid paying for a non-refundable ticket before a decision is made.
